About Monica Baumann
Monica Baumann – (B. 1984)
From New Jersey, Monica started her formal studies at the early age of 16. Since then, Monica has studied at the duCret School of Art, Academy duCret, the Grand Central Academy, the Art Students League and Jahn Studios. She has been lucky enough to be taught by some of the great painters and teachers in the current art world.
Inspired by artists of the late 19th and early 20th century, her work has a strong focus on beauty and harmony; aesthetics as they once were. Monica is a strong-willed, hard-working painter, hoping to become comparable to those great artists that live and once lived.
Monica currently resides in Burlington, Vermont with her husband and three daughters with another baby due in May 2023.
